The Builders Code partners are pleased to release the “Cool or Tool” culture training app for construction crews.
This is an engaging and simple way to “unlearn” negative behaviours like hazing, harassment and bullying that can be disruptive and undermine site safety and productivity.
No matter who you are, a construction site can be a tricky culture to navigate. Anxieties related to COVID-19 may introduce new kinds of discrimination and bias, so “Cool or Tool” even includes a scenario about (not) working when sick.
This is a no-cost gamified app for iphone or android. Employers can download and share with their entire teams, or individuals can download just for themselves to use.
One question is sent daily — in the morning before work starts – and only takes a few seconds to answer.
The app stars the Builders Code tools, including Relic the foul-mouthed wrench.
