All Gender Be More Than A Bystander training June 19-21, 2023!

BCCWITT is proud to finally be able to offer a Be More Than A Bystander Train-the-Trainer session to the gender-diverse tradespeople in our network. The BMTAB men-training-men model is integral to shifting the culture in the skilled trades, but we recognized that gender-diverse people could also benefit from gender-based bullying and harassment intervention strategies, so we have been workshopping our training to offer it to a broader audience, and it’s finally ready! Apply for this cohort ASAP as we expect that it will fill up quickly. Application: https://form.jotform.com/BCCWITT/Bystander-Application
