Board of Directors approves amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation
At its March 25, 2020 meeting, WorkSafeBC’s Board of Directors approved amendments to section 20.47 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
The amendments will become effective on July 14, 2020 with the exception of the requirements in section 20.47(4), which will take effect on January 1, 2021.

The above amendments were posted online for feedback during the public hearing process. Stakeholder feedback received during this process is available for review.
