The Policy, Regulation and Research Division is requesting feedback on proposed amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. The consultation phase provides stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback prior to the proposed amendments being taken to public hearing in fall of 2018.
Feedback will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
Proposed regulatory amendment packages under review:
- Part 8, Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment, section 8.11, safety headgear
- Part 8, Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment, sections 8.14-8.18, eye and face protection
- Part 20, Construction, Excavation and Demolition, sections 20.1 and 20.17-20.26, concrete formwork and falsework
