After certain workplace incidents, employers are required to conduct a full investigation and submit an investigation report to WorkSafeBC within 30 days. As an employer, you can access our forms and submit that report online.
To complete your report, make sure you:
- Understand what incidents you need to investigate
- See what forms and resources are available to assist you in conducting the investigation, including our Guide to Completing an Employer Incident Investigation Report
Then, follow the instructions below to submit your report.
Note: Some incidents also require you to immediately notify WorkSafeBC. Learn more about when and how to provide this immediate notification.
