Construction crews are making a staged return to work on B.C. Hydro’s Site C dam project in accordance with provincial health orders and while the provincial cabinet reviews a major report that could change its fate.
Crews were cleared to add 400 workers Thursday to a baseline workforce of 400, under provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry’s Dec. 29 order aimed at controlling COVID-19 spread at work camps for B.C.’s megaprojects, including Site C.
