Just a reminder that WorkSafeBC is holding:
- A virtual public hearing on the proposed amendments to Part 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation,relating to asbestos certification and licensing (May 9, 2023).
- A public consultation on proposed Policy Item P2-59.03-1, Asbestos Abatement Licensing.
This consultation phase is an opportunity to provide feedback, which will be carefully reviewed, before the proposed amendments are finalized.
