It’s National AccessAbility Week (May 26 to June 1), a week dedicated to recognizing and promoting accessibility for all individuals! For more on how to make skilled trades workplaces more accessible, please check out CCRW’s FREE Disability Confidence Toolkit: It will help you explore essential guidance on accommodations, built environment, career development, corporate strategy, communication, evaluation, onboarding, performance management, recruitment, and workplace culture. CCRW also provides support to apprentices in Red Seal trades who have disabilities, so that they can reach their full potential: Check out the initiative here.
