BCCA’s Building Builders
All tradespeople know that mentorship is a ticket to success in any construction trades career! The right mentor can offer advice on important things like which trade to pursue or how to talk to your supervisor and navigate relationships on the job site. They can also connect you with opportunities and share insights that will make the industry easier to understand. You can meet in-person or virtually, and there’s no cost. Mentors in the BCCA’s Building Builders program get trained in SiteReadyBC and Builders Code and receive honoraria for time spent with mentees.
