This series is being held in collaboration with NRCan, CMHC, Forestry Innovation Investment and the Province of BC’s Office of Mass Timber Implementation.
Part one of the series will review examples of regional multi-unit buildings designed for unique site-specific requirements and climate zones.
Part two focuses on energy modeling and cost analysis. It explains the methodology for mass timber estimating as well as a practical demonstration of the new online Mass timber + Energy Parametric Costing Tool from the Province of BC.
