Your input is critical. We need your help to Preserve Objectivity and Operational Clarity, as the proposed revisions introduce subjective language. The revisions also move away from an evidence-based framework to a perception-based one, where the emphasis is on employee perceptions (e.g., “sense of fulfillment”). Yes, not being fulfilled would be a measurement in the standard. The revisions dilute organizational controls and create potential misalignment with legal obligations. Imagine being evaluated for compliance against an employe’s perception of fulfillment. The standard needs to keep the focus on organizational control.
