While preparing to move flytables to the next level of a highrise tower, a flyform was lowered, and two 4×8 sheets of plywood hoarding fell from level 23. The plywood struck a portion of the SkyTrain infrastructure and fell onto a busy roadway. No injuries were reported.

A worker was performing tasks related to waterproofing from a scaffold on the roof of an apartment complex. A roll of waterproofing material had been attached to a rope, and the worker was pulling it to the top of the scaffold. The rope connection failed and the worker lost their footing, falling from the scaffold to the roof surface about 17 feet below.
