MARWOOD, Robert (Mungie Cakes) born August 25th 1970, passed away suddenly on May 18th, 2019. Rob started his own masonry company in 1994 at the age of 23. Empire Masonry Ltd. is now one of the largest and most successful masonry companies in the Lower Mainland. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter Ashley, son Jordan, his former wife and best friend Christina, his long-time former girlfriend Helen, his nana Audrey (Dennis), mother Dawn, step dad Bill, siblings, Will, Jamie, Jen Cation. Brother Jake Marwood. Predeceased brother Cory and his extended family and many friends. He was known for his extreme generosity, big personality, amazing business mind and the love for his family.
Rob will be greatly missed by all.
A funeral service will be held at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 20097 72 Avenue in Langley, on Friday June 7th at 12:00 p.m., reception to follow. Burial for close family at Fort Langley Cemetery.
