We are reaching out to you to see if you will join our push back on proposed changes to the WorkSafeBC hard hat regulation (HSR Part 8). While we 100% respect religious freedom for all Canadians, changing the hard hat regulation will cause confusion on worksites and will invariably put workers at risk of injury or fatality.
In the interest of safety, will you join us?
We encourage all COCA members, and any of your Association members, to submit a letter of support for this submission. This can be done by email to policy@worksafebc.com. This is not about the number of signatures on a single letter — we need as many letters of support as we can generate.
